Why should I purchase here instead of on Ebay? We want you to purchase where you feel most comfortable! The one advantage to purchasing here on our site is we are able to pass along some savings since we don’t have the additional fees here.

When will my order ship? We strive to ship out all in-stock orders within 1-2 days after purchase. Sometimes life happens, so if any additional time is ever required, we’ll be in touch to let you know.
How are your cases and other items shipped? We ship exclusively with USPS. Depending on the order size, you can select between USPS Priority or USPS Ground Advantage. Both are excellent choices-once just typically has a little bit of savings tied to it since it may take a little while longer to arrive.
How are your items packaged? Our acrylic boxes are shipped inside of an initial layer of bubble wrap and box. We then take this and put it into another box to drastically decrease the changes of anything getting damaged in transit. Our booster pack acrylic cases are shipped inside of two bubble mailers for smaller orders, or inside of a box for orders of 3 or more in a shipment.
How long will it take to arrive? We generally ask for up to 5-7 business days for delivery, although this can be much shorter depending on the shipping method selected, and where you are in relation to our zip code, 30721.
Will I receive tracking information? Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking via USPS. This tracking number will be entered into your order details upon completion. You can find this by logging into your account or by viewing the order completion email that will will send upon packing your order for drop-off.

Will my booster pack or box fit in your case? Great question! We’ve included both inner and outer dimensions in the product descriptions for each of our acrylic cases, as well as confirmed release titles that we know first-hand are a great fit.
How thick are your cases? Please check out the product description on each of our acrylic cases to see how thick the case and lid are for the case you are looking at.
Which is better, the sliding lid or the 4-magnet removable lid (sometimes 6+ magnets depending on the size case)? They are both top-notch products, and it really comes down to your personal preference. The sliding lid slides into groves and then locks into place with the magnets on one end of it and the others that are built into the case. The fully removable lid may be slightly easier to open, but they lock into place with magnets in each corner.

Will ordering backordered items affect my order being shipped? Yes. If you purchase items that are out of stock and are on backorder, this will delay your entire order until our stock arrives. If you don’t wish to hold up your whole order, please consider placing a separate order for the items that are in-stock so that we can go ahead and get those to you.
How long does it take for a backordered item to be back in stock? We will have an estimated (subject to change) restock date in the description of any backordered products. If you don’t see one, feel free to contact us.

Will pre-ordering items affect my order being shipped? Yes. Purchasing items that are in pre-order status will delay your entire order until our stock arrives. If you don’t wish to hold up your whole order, please consider placing a separate order for the items that are in-stock so that we can go ahead and get those to you.
How long does it take for a preordered item to in stock and ship? We will have an estimated (subject to change) arrival date in the description of any preorder products. If you don’t see one, feel free to contact us.
